The inlet of the air inlet pipeline is connected with the fan, the outlet of the air inlet pipeline is connected with the air inlets of the first-stage indirect type heat exchanger and the second-stage indirect type heat exchanger and the inlet of the air mixing device, the fuel gas inlet of the first-stage indirect type heat exchanger is used for receiving liquefied natural gas, the fuel gas outlet of the first-stage indirect type heat exchanger is connected with the fuel gas inlet of the second-stage indirect type heat exchanger, the inlet of the air mixing device is further connected with the air outlet of the first-stage indirect type heat exchanger and the air outlet of the second-stage indirect type heat exchanger, the outlet of the air mixing device is used for outputting cooled air.
