The invention relates to a preparation method of yellow wine capable of serving as a guiding drug and cooking seasoning. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the following raw materials: folium artemisiae argyi growing in hot summer days, wheat grains, soft rice grains, rhizoma coptidis, soft yellow rice and a bundle of agriophyllum squarrosum grass; (2) adding water into the rhizoma coptidis for decoction, uniformly mixing the wheat grains and the soft rice grains while the decoction is hot, wrapping the mixture with the fresh folium artemisiae argyi into large cuboid blocks, and placing the large cuboid blocks in a shadow place for fermentation to obtain distiller's yeast; (3) immersing the soft yellow rice with boiled water, then cleaning the soft yellow rice, and taking out the soft yellow rice; (4) steaming the soft yellow rice till the soft yellow rice is cooked, pouring the soft yellow rice into a basin for cooling, uniformly putting the cooked soft yellow rice and the distiller's yeast into a wine jar, perforating a small hole in the bottom of the wine jar, plugging the small hole with a wood plug, pouring the rhizoma coptidis decoction into the wine jar, and covering the wine jar for sealing; (5) after three days, unplugging the wood plug, installing a water pipe to enable water to flow into a container, and pouring the water into the jar; (6) strictly pasting the opening of the jar for heat preservation for fermentation; (7) after one month, filtering the wine for drinking.
