According to the multi-source heterogeneous flight test data processing method, data source information, database server information and engineering data sending are defined by utilizing a preprocessing module, and defined data is sent to a real-time fusion processing module; and the real-time fusion processing module receives data packets downloaded by multiple paths of standard measurement and control communication links of an unmanned aerial vehicle and PCM data acquired, remotely tested and downloaded by an airborne testing system, forms uniform fused data after carrying out fusion processing on the received data packet and PCM data, and sends the uniform fused data to a monitoring terminal. The multi-source heterogeneous flight test data processing system is used for implementing the multi-source heterogeneous flight test data processing method. The multi-source heterogeneous flight test data processing method and the multi-source heterogeneous flight test data processing system which are disclosed by the invention have the advantages that various communication link formats of data and PCM data can be simultaneously processed; flexibility and real-time performance of the system are reinforced; and the data processing part is completely universalized, so that equipment implementation cost is reduced.
