Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, most of the space charge measurement devices of common composite insulating materials are measured at a relatively low temperature (about 60°C); a few place the R-C pulse coupling circuit outside the test chamber to eliminate the influence of heating, but the external pulse coupling circuit setting will result in poor shielding

Embodiment 1

[0025] The high-temperature space charge testing method of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0026] 1) If the temperature test range is below 100°C, use a polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene (P(VDF-TrFE)) acoustic sensor; fix it to the sensor by cooperating with the negative tolerance of the PTFE ring 11 On the support 14;

[0027] 2) Unscrew the screws that fix the cavity of the pulse coupling circuit unit 3 and the cavity of the electrode test unit 5, hold the cavity base of the pulse coupling circuit unit 3, and lift up the upper part of the device and the PTFE separator connected to it 17 and upper electrode 18; put the sample on the upper surface of the lower electrode 8, adjust the position to ensure that the geometric center of the sample coincides with the center of the low-voltage electrode; put down the cavity of the pulse coupling circuit unit 3 and the upper electrode 18, so that the upper electrode 18 is tight pressed on the sample;

...

Embodiment 2

[0035] The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is only:

[0036] During the measurement process, if the test range is 100-250°C, it is necessary to change the material of the acoustic pulse sensor in step 1) to lithium niobate (LiNbO3) crystals to achieve space charge tests at higher temperatures and under different high field strengths. .

Embodiment 3

[0038] During the measurement process, keep the temperature constant, and by changing the amplitude of the waveform in step 6), the space charge test under different high field strengths at the same temperature can be realized.

Abstract

A high-temperature anti-jamming space charge measuring device and method are provided; the device is composed of a pulse coupling circuit unit, an electrode test unit, and an acoustic pulse sensor unit; the electrode test unit heats a sample to different temperatures through high-temperature oil bath; the pulse coupling circuit unit isolates the heating effect of the electrode test unit through normal-temperature oil batch circulation; the acoustic pulse sensor unit is made of polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene or lithium niobate crystal material. The method comprises the steps of 1) selecting a test required sensor material as test temperature requires; 2) placing a sample in the measuring device; 3) adjusting a normal-temperature and heating oil bath circulation system; 4) setting the temperature of the heating oil bath circulation system, and running space charge test when the temperature sensor reaches a set value and stabilizes. The high-temperature anti-jamming space charge measuring device and method have the advantages that the heating effect of the electrode test unit upon the pulse coupling circuit unit can be eliminated effectively, shielding effect is good, and space charge can be accurately measured under high temperature and high field strength.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electrical insulation testing, in particular to a high-temperature anti-interference space charge measuring device and a measuring method. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of HVDC power transmission system, composite insulating materials are more and more widely used in EHVDC and UHVDC power transmission and transformation equipment. However, EHV and UHV equipment have high operating voltage, large carrying capacity, and severe heat generation. The research on the space charge transport and accumulation characteristics of composite insulating materials under high temperature and high field strength conditions is of great importance to EHV and UHV DC power transmission and transformation equipment. The selection of insulating materials, the design and optimization of insulating structures, and the safe and reliable operation of the power grid are of great significance. [0003] At present, m...
