Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting beta-receptor stimulant medicine in milk or a milk product by adopting a CPE (Cloud Point Extraction)-LC (Liquid Chromatography)-MS (Mass Spectrometry) / MS method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) demulsifying the milk or the milk product, and taking supernatant A after centrifuging; (2) carrying out CPE on the supernatant A, and taking supernatant B after centrifuging an obtained enriched phase; (3) detecting the supernatant B by adopting an LC-MS / MS method, thus realizing the detection on the beta-receptor stimulant medicine in the milk or the milk product. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a CPE method is adopted, and a CPE-LC-MS / MS determination method of a target compound is established through a fortified recovery test on the beta-receptor stimulant medicine.
