Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method applicable to rapid olive oil detection. The device is structurally based on laser of a semiconductor laser emitter. An included angle of 45 degrees is formed between a first beam splitter and an optical axis; a first power meter is adopted to record light reflection power of the first beam splitter in a direction of 90 degrees of the laser; a first cuvette is positioned in the center of a first integrating sphere and is coaxial with the laser; a first optical fiber probe is connected with a first spectrograph through a first optical fiber and is used for recording a fluorescence spectrum inside the first integrating sphere; an included angle of 45 degrees is formed between a second beam splitter and the optical axis; a second power meter is adopted to record light reflection power of the second beam splitter in the direction of 90 degrees of the laser; a second cuvette is positioned in the center of a second integrating sphere and is coaxial with the laser; a second optical fiber probe is connected with a second spectrograph through a second optical fiber and is used for recording a fluorescence spectrum inside the second integrating sphere; a third power meter is adopted to record power of the laser penetrating through the second integrating sphere. By adopting the device and the method, the purpose of rapidly detecting olive oil can be achieved through a fluorescence emission spectrum and transmissivity at 450nm.
