Embodiment Construction

[0019] Below with reference to accompanying drawing of description, the specific embodiment of the present invention is described in more detail:

[0020] The basic unit of the folded truss is the folded bar scissor unit1. Each folding rod scissor unit 1 is made up of two folding rods 21 and 22, the bending is at the middle point of the folding rod 2, and the dotted line is the movement boundary of the folding rod scissor unit. Four folding rod scissor units 1 with the same folding and unfolding direction are connected in a circular direction to form a foldable and unfolded quadrangular pyramid unit 3, such as figure 2 shown.

[0021] The structure unfolds and the cable 3 is tensioned, and the folded truss 4 of the cable 3 is as Figure 5 shown.

[0022] The rigid bridge deck 5 is composed of rigid bridge deck units 6 connected together. Wherein four rigid folding plates 7 are foldable. Rigid bridge deck units 6 are arranged on the folded trusses 4 . When the rigid brid...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bidirectional and foldable truss arch bridge structure which consists of a supporting structure and a face plate structure located on the supporting structure. The supporting structure is a foldable truss, and the foldable truss comprises rectangular pyramid units connected in the span direction and stay ropes for folding and unfolding the foldable truss. Each rectangular pyramid unit is formed by cyclically connecting the heads and the tails of four folding rod shear-type units, and the four folding rod shear-type units are connected end to end and then form four upper chord nodes and lower chord nodes. The face plate structure consists of rigid bridge deck slab units. Each rigid bridge deck slab unit consists of four rigid folding slabs, each rigid folding slab is connected with the four upper chord nodes of the rectangular pyramid units through four free nodes. The number of members forming the structure is far smaller than that of a common foldable structure, the numerous and disordered shortcomings of rods in structural appearance are overcome, and the structure is convenient to move and carry, can be repeatedly used, is reasonable in structure and simple in design and construction and is especially suitable for bridges having medium and small spans.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a folding truss arch bridge structure, in particular to a bidirectional folding truss arch bridge structure. Background technique [0002] Since the Spanish architect Pinero first successfully applied the concept of expandable structure to the design of "movable theater" in the 1960s, the application of openable roofs in large-span spatial structures has increased rapidly. On the other hand, with the acceleration of people's exploration of outer space, deployable structures have received extensive attention, and relevant research results have been applied to space solar panels and satellite antennas. At present, the most widely used one is the deployable structure based on the scissor like element. From a geometric point of view, the basic principle of this type of deployable structure is that each pair of connecting rods is connected by a column hinge, and each pair of connecting rods can only rotate relative to the axis perp...
