Abstract

The invention discloses anti-shrink shell fabric. The anti-shrink shell fabric with the mesh-shaped surface comprises, by mass, 30-50 parts of regenerated environment-friendly polyester fibers, 60-70 parts of viscose fibers and 35-45 parts of bamboo carbon fibers, and is manufactured according to a method including the technological steps of weaving, finishing, dyeing and bleaching, wherein an anti-shrink agent is added into the finishing step. The anti-shrink shell fabric has the advantages that the anti-shrink shell fabric manufactured according to the method conforms to the contemporary fashion and the market trend and is an optimal choice for top-grade home textile fabric; the anti-shrink shell fabric is elastic, breathable, dry and comfortable, high in heat retention performance and wet permeability and is efficient, free of toxicity, easy to dye and capable of avoiding limitations of single fibers; through blending of the bamboo carbon fibers and the environment-friendly polyester fibers, softness and comfort as well as wear resistance and antifouling capability of the anti-shrink shell fabric are improved; the shell fabric has the anti-shrink performance after being finished.
