The method comprises the following steps of: 1) establishing an information fusion model for diagnosing the defects of the secondary equipment; 2) establishing an expert database for diagnosing and analyzing the defects of the secondary equipment; 3) collecting original data information of the secondary equipment; 4) performing information fusion; and 5) outputting a diagnosing result.
