The evaluation method comprises the following steps of performing dehydrating treatment on crude oil in the gathering and transporting system; sequentially adding formation water to dehydrated crude oil, and emulsifying the added crude oil; determining the relationship of the change of the viscosity of the emulsified crude oil along with the change of the water ratio, and drawing a change curve; acquiring the water ratio when the viscosity is suddenly reduced through the curve of the change of the viscosity of the crude oil along with the change of the water ratio, enabling the emulsified crude oil of the water ratio when the viscosity is suddenly reduced to be used as a corrosion medium for determining the corrosion inhibition performance of the corrosion inhibitor; performing a corrosion inhibition evaluation screening experiment.
