Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, the forming method of conventional composite aluminum foil materials often adopts the traditional thermoforming method, and this forming method will cause the packaging film material to be easily cracked, wrinkled and retracted after heating and cooling, and the packaging will not be beautiful, and the shelf life of the product will be affected due to cracking, etc. Phenomenon

Embodiment 1

[0022] The stretchable composite aluminum foil material is prepared according to the following cold forming process:

[0023] (1) According to the structure and thickness from outside to inside: PE layer 26 μm, PA layer 12 μm, aluminum foil 7 μm, PP layer 20 μm, apply adhesive 4 μm between layers and dry to obtain composite aluminum foil film;

[0024] (2) Put the above-mentioned composite aluminum foil film into a sealed mold, flatten it, carry out vacuum air compression on the upper and lower surfaces of the composite aluminum foil film, and then roll the film into shape to obtain a composite aluminum foil material.

Embodiment 2

[0026] The stretchable composite aluminum foil material is prepared according to the following cold forming process:

[0027] (1) According to the structure and thickness from outside to inside: PE layer 32 μm, PA layer 25 μm, aluminum foil 13 μm, PP layer 25 μm, apply adhesive 6 μm between layers and dry to obtain composite aluminum foil film;

[0028] (2) Put the above-mentioned composite aluminum foil film into a sealed mold, flatten it, carry out vacuum air compression on the upper and lower surfaces of the composite aluminum foil film, and then roll the film into shape to obtain a composite aluminum foil material.

Embodiment 3

[0030] The stretchable composite aluminum foil material is prepared according to the following cold forming process:

[0031] (1) According to the structure and thickness from outside to inside: PE layer 30 μm, PA layer 20 μm, aluminum foil 10 μm, PP layer 23 μm, apply adhesive 5 μm between layers and dry to obtain composite aluminum foil film;

[0032] (2) Put the above-mentioned composite aluminum foil film into a sealed mold, flatten it, carry out vacuum air compression on the upper and lower surfaces of the composite aluminum foil film, and then roll the film into shape to obtain a composite aluminum foil material.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of composite aluminum foil materials and in particular relates to a stretchable composite aluminum foil material and a cold forming technology thereof. The composite aluminum foil material sequentially comprises the following structures from outside to inside: a PE layer with the thickness of 26-32mu m, a PA layer with the thickness of 12-25mu m, an aluminum foil with the thickness of 7-13 mu m and a PP layer with the thickness of 20-25 mu m, wherein the layers are bonded together by virtue of a binder; and film rolling moulding is carried out by virtue of a mould and a compressed air cold moulding method. The obtained composite aluminum foil material is easy to stretch, resistant to stamping, resistant to puncture, strong in barrier property, antioxidant, waterproof and good in fragrance protectiveness and heat resistance, can be used for high temperature steaming and is high in flexibility and good in heat sealability; and a unique cold moulding technology of the stretchable composite aluminum foil material avoids the phenomena that the traditional thermal forming way enables a packaging film material to be easily burst, folded and retracted and not beautiful in appearance after being heated and cooled and shelf life of a product is influenced due to crack.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of composite aluminum foil materials, and in particular relates to a stretchable composite aluminum foil material and a cold forming process thereof. Background technique [0002] Aluminum foil generally refers to an aluminum material with a purity of more than 99.5% and a thickness of less than 0.2mm. It has light weight, strong shading, good insulation, good shape stability at high and low temperatures, soft texture, good ductility, and easy processing. Advantages, it is one of the most commonly used materials in modern packaging. However, aluminum foil is easy to form pinholes or wrinkles during packaging and use, thereby reducing its barrier performance. Therefore, aluminum foil is usually used in composite materials made of paper, polymers, or other metal sheets. Aluminum foil composite materials not only have good barrier properties, but also have good mechanical strength and mechanical properties. They are sui...
