Problems solved by technology

Hackberry is usually propagated by seeding, however, the seeds of Hackberry dormant for a long time, and often need 180-200 days of sand storage to germinate before seedlings can be raised, and the emergence rate is not high, only 45%-70%

Embodiment 1

[0015] A method for accelerating germination of hackberry seeds, comprising the following steps:

[0016] (1) In September-October every year, select high-quality hackberry trees that are more than 10 years old and grow vigorously, harvest their fruits, wash off the pulp and keep the tree species; screen large, plump, healthy hackberry seeds;

[0017] (2) After drying the hackberry seeds, use 95% concentrated sulfuric acid to soak the seeds for 30 minutes to corrode the hard seed coat of the tree species, enhance the water permeability of the seeds, and promote the water absorption and germination of the seed embryos;

[0018] (3) Wash the treated seeds with clear water to prevent residual sulfuric acid from corroding the inside of the seeds and affecting the germination of hackberry seeds; then place them in a container and heat solution A with 5 times the mass of hackberry seeds. Said solution A, press In terms of parts by weight, it is made of the following raw materials: 3...

Embodiment 2

[0021] A method for accelerating germination of hackberry seeds, comprising the following steps:

Abstract

The invention relates to a hackberry seed germination accelerating method. The method includes following steps: (1), selecting big, full and healthy hackberry seeds; (2), drying the hackberry seeds, and using 95% concentrated sulfuric acid to soak the seeds for 30min; (3), using seed soaking liquid for soaking, and performing ultrasonic treatment on the seeds at the same time; (4), filtering, using 100ppm gibberellins solution to soak the hackberry seeds for 30-45min, and seeding. Experiments show that germination rate of the hackberry seeds is stabilized at higher than 86% while germination rate of hackberry seeds treated through a conventional sand-storage method is only 61.2%, so that the method is remarkable in effect and worthy of popularization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of seedling planting, and in particular relates to a method for accelerating germination of hackberry seeds. Background technique [0002] Hackberry, Ulmaceae Hackberry is a deciduous tree with smooth, gray bark; Hackberry is mostly born in shade-tolerant plains, and is light-loving, suitable for warm and humid climates, and suitable for fertile and flat land. It does not have strict requirements on the soil, has a certain ability to tolerate drought, is also resistant to water, humidity and poor soil, and has strong adaptability. It is an excellent garden tree species. Hackberry is usually propagated by seeding, but the seeds of Hackberry have a long dormancy time, and it often takes 180-200 days of sand storage to accelerate germination before seedlings can be raised, and the emergence rate is not high, only 45%-70%. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to solve the above problems, the invention provides a...
