Abstract

The invention provides a method for treating acne through dandelion masks. Acne is relieved or treated through pure natural Chinese herbal medicines to solve the problem that existing medicines have many side effects when used for treating acne. The raw materials are 120 g of dandelions, 50 g of mung beans and 10 g of honey. The method comprises the steps that 120 g of the collected whole dandelions are decocted in water; 500 ml of clean juice is taken; 50 g of the mung beans are added into the dandelion juice and boiled till the mung beans explode; 10 g of the honey is mixed with the dandelion juice; the mung beans and soup are eaten up in several times in one day; meanwhile, the residual soup is smeared on the face and washed off 30 minutes later; and eating of the mung beans and the soup and smearing of the residual soup are continuously conducted for more than a week.
