Problems solved by technology

Although the effectiveness of the appliance has been proven in practice, there are still some problems in use, such as slow ice melting efficiency, a large amount of manpower, damage to substation equipment, and electrical equipment need to melt ice in a power failure state. Therefore, my country's deicing agent for substation icing is still in a blank stage

Embodiment 1

[0023] A preparation method for an ice-melting agent for a substation, comprising the steps of:

[0024] 1), by weight percentage, in the state of stirring, successively add propylene glycol: 32%, diethylene glycol: 46% into the container, continue to stir, fully dissolve;

[0025] 2), by weight percentage, in the state of stirring, continue to add triethanolamine: 1%, anhydrous sodium carbonate: 2%, stir and fully dissolve;

[0026] 3) In the state of stirring, add deionized water: 17% into the completely dissolved solution in step 2) by weight percentage, so that the pH value of the solution is 6.8;

[0027] 4) After stirring for 30 minutes, let stand for 4 hours;

[0028] 5) Finally, filter and aliquot with a 1 micron filter.

[0029] Among them, the freezing point of the next freezing (v:v, 1:1 dilution): ≤-33°C.

Embodiment 2

[0031] A preparation method for an ice-melting agent for a substation, comprising the steps of:

[0032] 1), by weight percentage, in the state of stirring, sequentially add propylene glycol: 31%, diethylene glycol: 50% into the container, continue to stir, and fully dissolve;

[0033] 2), by weight percentage, in the state of stirring, continue to add triethanolamine: 1%, anhydrous sodium carbonate: 2%, stir and fully dissolve;

[0034] 3) In the state of stirring, add deionized water: 14% into the solution that has been completely dissolved in step 2) by weight percentage, so that the pH value of the solution is 7;

[0035] 4) After stirring for 30 minutes, let stand for 4 hours;

[0036] 5) Finally, filter and aliquot with a 1 micron filter.

[0037] Among them, the freezing point of the next freezing (v:v, 1:1 dilution): ≤-33°C.

Embodiment 3

[0039] A preparation method for an ice-melting agent for a substation, comprising the steps of:

[0040] 1), by weight percentage, in the state of stirring, successively add propylene glycol: 28%, diethylene glycol: 48% into the container, continue to stir, fully dissolve;

[0041] 2), by weight percentage, in the state of stirring, continue to add triethanolamine: 2%, anhydrous sodium carbonate: 3%, stir and fully dissolve;

[0042] 3) In the state of stirring, add deionized water: 16% into the solution that has been completely dissolved in step 2) by weight percentage, so that the pH value of the solution is 7.2;

[0043] 4) After stirring for 30 minutes, let stand for 4 hours;

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an ice melting agent for transformer substations. The method comprises the following steps: 1) in the stirring state, sequentially adding 26-34 wt% of propanediol and 46-52 wt% of diethylene glycol into a container, and sufficiently dissolving by continuing stirring; 2) in the stirring state, sequentially adding 1-3 wt% of triethanolamine and 2-4 wt% of anhydrous sodium carbonate, stirring and sufficiently dissolving; 3) in the stirring state, adding 13-18 wt% of deionized water into the completely dissolved solution until the pH value of the solution is 6.5-7.2; 4) after stirring for 30 minutes, standing for 4 hours; and 5) finally, filtering with a 1-micrometer filter, and subpackaging. By adopting the nano technique, the pH value of the ice melting agent for transformer substations is approximate to 7, and thus, the ice melting agent is not corrosive to power equipment and does not have any toxic effect on the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of deicing and anti-icing in substations, and in particular relates to a deicing agent used in substations and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, my country has made great progress in the development of ice-melting agents, but it is mainly aimed at removing ice and snow from the surfaces of roads, bridges, buildings, etc., so there is no ice-melting agent developed for substations, and currently The deicing agents on the market also have many defects in the actual use process, such as serious corrosion and poison to concrete bridges and roads, and surrounding green plants, which seriously shorten the service life of buildings and cause high maintenance costs; The agent has a short action time and needs to be sprayed multiple times when there is a lot of snow, so it is not suitable for substation ice removal. Therefore, the ice-melting methods commonly used in my count...
