Embodiment 1

[0022] A method for producing organic fertilizer from landscaping waste, the method comprising the following steps:

[0023] a) Crushing of raw materials: Use a wood crusher to crush the discarded branches and leaves of the garden to a particle size of 2.0-4.0 cm;

[0024] b) Spraying with lye: use 25% ammonia water to fully spray the crushed branches and leaves, the amount of ammonia water added is 0.5% of the dry weight of the crushed branches and leaves, and then place it in a closed environment for 24 hours to obtain material 1;

[0025] c) Hydrothermal treatment: Supplement the ammonia water volatilized due to the above-mentioned placement, and subject material 1 to hydrothermal steam treatment at a treatment temperature of 160°C, a pressure of 4.14 mPa, and retain at the target temperature for 300 s to obtain material 2;

[0026] d) Spray with acid solution: after material 2 is cooled to 60°C, use 0.4% phosphoric acid solution to spray to pH 7.7 to obtain material 3;

Embodiment 2

[0030] A method for producing organic fertilizer from landscaping waste, the method comprising the following steps:

[0031] a) Crushing of raw materials: Use a special crusher for branches to crush the discarded branches and leaves in the garden to a particle size of 3.0-5.0 cm;

[0032] b) Spraying with lye: use urea aqueous solution to fully spray the crushed branches and leaves, the amount of urea added is 1% of the dry weight of the crushed branches and leaves, and then place it in a closed environment for 24 hours to obtain material 1;

[0033] c) Hydrothermal treatment: Supplement the volatilized urea aqueous solution of material 1, and then apply hydrothermal steam treatment, the treatment temperature is 110°C, the pressure is 8.27 mPa, and the target temperature is kept for 600 s to obtain material 2;

[0034] d) Spray with acid solution: after material 2 is cooled to 70°C, use 0.2% phosphoric acid solution to spray to pH 7.3 to obtain material 3;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an organic fertilizer from landscaping waste, belonging to the field of biomass resource development and utilization. The method is used for improving the degradation efficiency of waste branches and leaves by composting process microorganisms to improve the fertilizer efficiency. The method comprises the following core steps: grinding the waste branches and leaves and spraying ammonia water or a urea aqueous solution; placing in a closed environment for a period of time, and then performing hydrothermal steam treatment for 60-600s at a temperature of 110-160 DEG C and under a pressure of 2.07-8.27mPa; cooling the treated material to 50-70 DEG C and spraying a phosphoric acid solution; mixing bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, actinomycetes and aspergillus oryzae of certain amounts in a ratio of 2:2:1:1 with the material; reversing the material to reduce the water content to 55-65% before composting; turning over once at 1m below the surface layer or when the center temperature is higher than 65 DEG C, and continuing for 15-20 days; performing ventilation stacking for thorough composting; and then sterilizing to obtain the organic fertilizer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of development and utilization of biomass resources, and relates to a method for preparing organic fertilizer by using biomass solid waste as a raw material, in particular to a method for preparing organic fertilizer by using landscaping waste. Background technique [0002] Landscaping waste refers to the plant residues caused by the natural fall of plants or artificial pruning in urban parks and residential quarters, mainly including tree branches and leaves, grass clippings, residual flowers and fruits. The treatment methods of landscaping waste mainly include landfill, burning, composting and biogas production, among which composting is the most common resource recovery method at home and abroad. [0003] Composting is the process of degrading organic substances such as lignocellulose components in raw materials by using the growth and metabolic activities of microorganisms under controlled conditions. Therefore, ...
