The signal conversion box includes a shell, a signal line interface and a signal conversion circuit board. The temperature sensor can be installed and operated conveniently. Besides, the using method includes: step one, determining a to-be-installed position of a temperature sensor; step two, determining whether to carry out temperature measurement on liquid in a segment, with the temperature to be measured, of a hydraulic pipe; step three, installing a temperature-sensing component; step four, determining a mounting position and a mounting angle of the signal conversion box; step five, measuring the temperature of liquid in the segment, with the temperature to be measured, of the hydraulic pipe; and step six, transmitting temperature data of the liquid in the segment, with the temperature to be measured, of the hydraulic pipe.
