Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there are mainly foreign BROWNE and STERIS cleaning monitoring cards in the market, and domestic Xinhua cleaning monitoring cards. Some of these monitoring cards are not easy to store, some are sensitive to certain cleaning fluids, some are easy to wash off, and some are extremely difficult to wash. It means that the adhesion between the simulated pollutants and the carrier is unreasonable. If the adhesion is too large or too small, the actual situation cannot be well simulated, and the cleaning ability of the washing machine cannot be truly evaluated.
[0004] The key to the preparation of the cleaning effect monitoring card lies in the deployment of simulated pollutants. The simulated pollutants mentioned in the current European standard PrENISO15883-5 include protein, fat and starch. Instrument surfaces, time-consuming and labor-intensive

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic cleaning and disinfection equipment cleaning effect monitoring card and its preparation method, comprising simulated contaminants and plastic material carriers wherein the simulated contaminants comprise 1 to 10% starch, 1 to 10% protein, 3 to 15% fat, 2 to 15% binder, 0.2 to 3% pigment, and enough water. The binder includes one of the following components or a plurality of the following components: shellac varnish, alkyd resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, amino resin, acrylic resin and polyethylene glycol stearate. According to the automatic cleaning and disinfection equipment cleaning effect monitoring card and its preparation method provided in the invention, the monitoring method is simple and the monitoring card can be directly placed into automatic cleaning and disinfection equipment. The monitoring result is easy to read; and the method is convenient and fast. The adequate adhesion of the monitoring card is consistent with that of simulated contaminants. With a novel structure, the monitoring card can be simply transported and stored. The monitoring card is also safe to use because it does not contain any blood product or toxic substance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cleaning effect monitoring card for automatic cleaning and disinfection equipment and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of cleaning effect monitoring of cleaning and disinfecting devices. Background technique [0002] In the infection control of medical devices, the cleaning of devices is the most critical step. In order to ensure the cleaning quality, in addition to the daily monitoring of the cleaning effect of the instrument by effective methods, the cleaning power of the cleaning machine should also be regularly monitored. It means that the adhesion between the simulated pollu...
