Abstract

The high-viscosity adhesive for table tennis balls comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of alpha-cyanoacrylate, 1-5 parts of butylene glycol acrylate, 3-10 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 2-5 parts of vinyl imidazole, 40-50 parts of ethanol and 25-40 parts of diluter. By compounding the alpha-cyanoacrylate, butylene glycol acrylate, polyvinyl butyral and other raw materials, the viscosity of the adhesive is lowered. The adhesive can be uniformly mixed, thereby controlling the dissolution, bonding and solvent volatilization speeds of PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The adhesive has high final binding strength, and is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the table tennis ball.
