The method comprises steps that human body positioning is carried out, and controlled light emitting devices of a region of a light modulator are marked in a software interface; whether demonstration is carried out is determined; all illumination values of all the light emitting devices are measured through utilizing an illumination detector, and an illumination and brightness curve of the light emitting devices is acquired or brightness grade values of the light emitting devices under the given illumination are acquired; the controlled light emitting devices of the region of the light modulator are selected to set illumination values of the light emitting devices according to brightness for carrying out light modulation; human body positioning is repeated till a software closing signal is received. According to the method, after human body positioning, the illumination and brightness curve of all the light emitting devices is acquired through utilizing the illumination detector, or the brightness grade values of the light emitting devices under the given illumination are acquired, work states or brightness of the light emitting devices are modulated by the light modulator according to the brightness values or the set illumination values of the light emitting devices, brightness of multiple light emitting devices is controlled and measured by one illumination detector, light modulation is simple, and cost is low.
