Embodiment Construction

[0044] An embodiment of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0045] The present invention takes a three-phase switched reluctance motor as an example, as figure 1 As shown, the three-phase winding passes through the two current sensors LEM with different winding turns and different directions 1 and LEM 2 . Such as figure 2 shown, select a 1 , b 1 , c 1 is 1,1,1, choose a 2 , b 2 , c 2 For 1, -1, 2, the reference positive direction of the current sensor is from inside to outside. A, B, and C phase windings all pass through the LEM with 1 turn in the reference positive direction 1 , the A and C phase windings pass through the LEM with 1 turn and 2 turns respectively according to the reference positive direction 2 , the B-phase winding passes through the LEM with 1 turn in the opposite direction of the reference positive direction 2 .

Abstract

The present invention discloses a switched reluctance motor phase current reconstruction method with fault tolerant function, which changes the installation position of a current sensor to reconstruct phase current by solving linear equation sets in different conducting intervals. The method is carried out through the following steps: for the bias fault of a current sensor, based on current differentials at the three consecutively rising positions of the driving signal in each circuit, positioning the bias sensor; calculating and updating the bias current value in real time; directly utilizing current compensation or bias current proportional integral compensation to eliminate bias current; for short-circuit fault of chopper tube in a power converter, diagnosing the fault through the use of the synchronization and out-of-step relationship between the phase-current gradient and a chopping signal; for short-circuit fault of a positional communication tube, diagnosing the fault through the use of the duration of the lasting time of an adjacent negative voltage lasting interval and using a virtual sensor method to realize phase current fault tolerant reconstruction. According to the invention, the reconstruction method is free of the impacts of a main switch open-circuit fault and can be applied to a switched reluctance motor of various phases. With the method, accurate current can be reconstructed. For its strong error tolerant performance and ease for expansion, the method has good prospects in engineering applications.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a phase current reconfiguration method of a switched reluctance motor with a fault-tolerant function, which is suitable for phase current reconfiguration of any phase of a switched reluctance motor. Background technique [0002] The traditional phase current acquisition method of switched reluctance motor is mainly realized by installing a current sensor for each phase. For N-phase switched reluctance motor, a total of N current sensors are needed, which is costly. , lack of an effective bias current compensation strategy. The switched reluctance motor has serious nonlinear characteristics, and it is impossible to observe the phase current according to the precise mathematical model. Therefore, in order to reduce the number of current sensors used and improve their fault tolerance, it is necessary to propose a new phase current reconstruction strategy with good fault tolerance.
