Abstract

The plant growth regulating composition contains an active component A and an active component B, wherein the active component A is jasmonic acid or methyl jasmonate, and the active component B is any one selected from a group consisting of benzyl aminopurine, forchlorfenuron, ethephon, tetramethyl glutarate, mepiquat chloride and choline chloride. The plant growth regulating composition is mainly used for improving enzyme activity, promoting seed germination, enhancing germination capacity and photosynthetic intensity, increasing the content of chlorophyll, maintaining greenness, preventing ageing, promoting development of roots and effective fertilizer absorption of crops, assisting the inferior part of a crop in good growth, enhancing absorption of water and fertilizer by plants and adjusting the balance of moisture in plants so as to improve drought resistance and cold resistance of plants; and the plant growth regulating composition can improve immunity, disease and insect resistance and crop quality and increase yield and income.
