The method comprises the steps that firstly, the state of charge (SOC) of electric vehicles and loads of the electric vehicles are worked out, and load curves are drawn; by drawing the load curves of the multiple electric vehicles of the same type, whether the load curves are astringed or not is judged, if the load curves are astringed, the load curves are output, and if the load curves are not astringed, the operations are carried out repeatedly; and according to the load curves of the electric vehicles, the maximum output power of a whole charging station is determined, a decision model is established for all terminal charging equipment through the analytic hierarchy process according to the SOC of the electric vehicles, the charging process is divided into an energy supplement stage, a power maintaining stage and a low current supplement stage, and powers of all charging ports are distributed dynamically. By the adoption of the intelligent power regulating circuit and method, the charging loads of the electric vehicles can be forecast effectively, orderly charging control is achieved by sufficiently using a charger, flexible and rapid charging of the electric vehicles is guaranteed, and meanwhile, regional load monitoring is also taken into account.
