Abstract

The invention discloses a complex rock fractal dimension distribution spectrum constructing method based on a mercury intrusion method capillary pressure curve. In the method, an accumulative formula with multiple fractal dimensions is constructed based on the power exponent relation between mercury injection saturability and mercury injection pressure, an iterative singular value decomposition algorithm is used for solution to obtain multiple ratios corresponding to the fractal dimensions, and then a fractal dimension distribution spectrum is obtained. Compared with a traditional fractal theory and model, the capillary pressure curve with segment and fractal features can be depicted meticulously through the complex rock fractal dimension distribution spectrum constructing method. In a traditional single fractal dimension method, only one fractal dimension is obtained for the capillary pressure curve of one sample, while multiple fractal dimensions and the ratios thereof can be obtained for the capillary pressure curve of one sample through the distribution spectrum constructing method, the fractal dimension distribution spectrum is constructed, and a new train of thought is brought for pore structure analysis and fractal representation of complex rock.
