Abstract

The system comprises a solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system, a furnace system, an odor and flue gas treatment system, a detection system and a control system; the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system comprises 1-X solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactors, and each solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactor comprises an oblique horizontally drum, a feed side, a closed labyrinth sealing device arranged on a discharge side, a power supporting wheel set, a stirring anti-sticking device and an integrated base, wherein the horizontal drum is sleeved with a water sleeve, the stirring anti-sticking device is located in the horizontal drum, and the horizontal drum is arranged on the power supporting wheel set; the furnace system comprises a hot water furnace, a circulating water pump, a three-way electric adjusting valve and an electromagnetic valve, and effluent of the furnace system is connected and communicated with clamping sleeves of the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactors; the odor and flue gas treatment system comprises an odor heat exchange condenser, a flue gas heat exchange condenser, a biological deodorizing filter tower, an induced draft fan and an electromagenetic valve; the detection control system is set in the mode that all system sensors output detection signals to be connected with a controller, and the controller controls all the systems to work coordinately.
