Problems solved by technology

[0002] Most of the elements needed for plant growth can be met by flushing water and soil, but the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements in the soil generally cannot meet the needs of plant growth and development. It will affect the normal progress of physiological and biochemical processes in plants, and the lack of these elements for a long time will cause changes in the external form of plants, resulting in a significant decline in growth or death of plants

Embodiment 1

[0015] The grafting method of the olive provided by the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0016] (1) Scion treatment: Select 2-year-old branches that grow robustly and have no damage by diseases and insect pests on the olive tree as the scion, cut off the leaves, keep the petiole, and put the petiole into a mercuric chloride solution with a concentration of 1% to 2% for disinfection for 3~ After 5 seconds, rinse with sterile water for 5 times after disinfection, and soak in plant auxin after disinfection;

[0017] (2) rootstock is selected: choose the sweet-scented osmanthus that grows well as stock, and the sharp-leaved sweet-scented osmanthus that will be selected is cut off at 120 cm above the ground height;

[0018] (3) Grafting: Graft the olive scion soaked in step (1) to the rootstock described in step (2), and add nutrient solution to the contact part between the olive scion and the rootstock, and then seal the grafting place with the grafting film ; ...

Embodiment 2

[0022] Change the components and percentages of the nutrient solution in step (3) of Example 1 to: 10% nitrogen, 22% phosphorus, 25% potassium, 4% calcium and the remainder of sterile water, and the remaining steps are the same as in Example 1;

[0023] The 100 grafted olives in Example 2 were counted, and the survival rate of the grafted olives was 93%, and the average growth of the statistics after 3 months was 19.2 cm.

Embodiment 3

[0025] Change the components and percentages of the nutrient solution in step (3) of Example 1 to: 15% nitrogen, 25% phosphorus, 30% potassium, 7% calcium and the remainder of sterile water, and all the other steps are the same as in Example 1;

[0026] The 100 grafted olives in Example 3 were counted, and the survival rate of the grafted olives was 98%, and the average growth after 3 months was a plant height of 24.1 cm.

Abstract

The invention discloses a grafting method for olives. The grafting method comprises the following steps: scion treatment, stock selection, grafting and nursing: selecting scions on an olive tree, then selecting olea europaea L. spp.cuspidata (Wall.) Ciferri, which grow fast, as stocks, grafting the olive scions onto the olea europaea L. spp.cuspidata (Wall.) Ciferri stocks, adding nutritional liquid into the positions where the olive scions are in contact with the stocks, sealing grafted positions with grafting films, regularly watering and fertilizing the grafted stocks, and uncovering the grafting films after two months of grafting. According to the grafting method for the olives, by grafting, the advantages, such as high germination rate, easiness in seedling raising and high growing speed, of the olea europaea L. spp.cuspidata (Wall.) Ciferri are transferred to the olives, so that the shortcomings of low germination rate, low growing speed and the like of the olives are overcome; meanwhile, the growing period of the olives is shortened, and the survival rate of the olives is increased; the nutritional liquid added during grafting supplies a good growing environment to the grafted olives.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of plant grafting, in particular to an olive grafting method. Background technique [0002] Most of the elements needed for plant growth can be met by flushing water and soil, but the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements in the soil generally cannot meet the needs of plant growth and development. It will affect the normal progress of physiological and biochemical processes in plants. Long-term lack of these elements will cause changes in the external morphology of plants, resulting in a significant decline in growth or death of plants. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a grafting method of olives which can improve the grafting survival rate of olives and shorten the growth period. [0004] The purpose of the present invention is achieved through the following technical solutions: [0005] A method for grafting olive oil, comprising the fol...
