Embodiment Construction

[0027] The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0028] see Figure 1-3 , a method for improving the positioning accuracy of the edentulous personalized tray in the oral cavity of the present invention, comprising the following steps:

[0029] 1) Prepare the initial impression of the edentulous jaw with impression paste;

[0030] 2) Scan the impression with a 3D scanner for the edentulous model, and obtain the 3D data of the tissue surface of the initial impression of the upper and lower edentulous jaws;

[0031] 3) Import the scanned data into the pallet CAD software, extract and create the outer edge line of the area that should be included in the final impression;

[0032] 4) Select a |occlusal|gingival orientation of the tray, and fill in the buccal and lingual undercuts of the alveolar ridge inside all the edge lines in this direction to obtain an undercut-free alveolar ridge ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for improving positioning precision of an edentulous personalized tray in an oral cavity. The method comprises the following steps: 1) manufacturing an edentulous preliminary impression; scanning the impression; acquiring three-dimensional data; acquiring a final impression which shall include the outer edge line of a region; acquiring an undercut-free alveolar ridge surface; acquiring an inner surface of the tray; uniformly thickening the inner surface by 2mm in a normal direction of the inner surface of the tray, and using a thickened new surface as an outer surface of the tray; separately designing hemispherical structures in a main bearing area and a subordinate bearing area of the inner surface by radii of 1.5mm; designing a handle which is parallel to a positioning path but opposite to a positioning direction; promoting data boundary fusion of the inner surface, outer surface and handle of the tray, so that complete morphological data of the edentulous personalized tray are obtained, and saving the data in an STL (standard template library) format; and manufacturing the edentulous personalized tray by virtue of 3D printing equipment. With the application of the method disclosed by the invention, a target of rapidly and accurately manufacturing the edentulous functional final impression can be achieved, and diagnosis efficiency and quality can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for designing and manufacturing an edentulous personalized tray, in particular to a method for improving the positioning accuracy of the edentulous personalized tray in the oral cavity. Background technique [0002] 1. The current domestic and foreign clinical application of manual complete denture individual tray production technology. [0003] There are 4 key steps in making a complete denture: impression, model, collar relationship (including occlusal balance), tooth arrangement and base shape. Among them, impressions and models are the basis. Only with accurate impressions and models can complete dentures be well retained. However, it is feasible to take an impression with the help of a public tray for removable partial dentures. For complete dentures, the public tray is roughly similar to the edentulous oral tissue of a specific patient, and the distance between the two parts is uneven. , the gap between the edg...
