Abstract

The invention discloses multipurpose food processing kitchen equipment on the basis of separation MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) relays. The multipurpose food processing kitchen equipment comprises a base, a container, processing knives, a microcontroller, a driving circuit, a rotary motor and a photoelectric encoder. The container is mounted on the upper side of the base an comprises a container base plate and a container outer cover, the processing knives are inserted into a shaft barrel of the container base plate via transmission shafts, the microcontroller is arranged in the base, the photoelectric encoder is mounted on the inner wall of the shaft barrel of the container base plate, power switch devices in the driving circuit can be turned on and off under the control of the microcontroller by the aid of the light MOS relays, the specifications and the types of the knives and the rotational speed of the rotary motor are respectively detected by the photoelectric encoder, the separation light MOS relays can be triggered to be turned on and off by the aid of output rotational speed control signals, and accordingly the rotary motor can run under the control and can run at the rotational speed matched with the specifications and the types of the knives. The multipurpose food processing kitchen equipment has the advantages that the specifications and the types of the knives can be automatically identified, the rotational speed of the rotary motor can be detected, accordingly, processing operation can be intelligentized, and the multipurpose food processing kitchen equipment is reliable and is high in isolation protection safety and low in production cost.
