The novel multi-section annular oil-gas adsorption tank comprises an upper-section columnar adsorption area (1), a lower-section cylindrical adsorption area (2), an outer cylinder (3) and a top cover (4), wherein the outer cylinder (3) is opened upwards, a buffer area (5) is arranged at the bottom of the inner part of the cylinder, the lower-section cylindrical adsorption area (2) and the upper-section columnar adsorption area (1) are mounted on the buffer area (5) coaxially in sequence, the top cover (4) is arranged at the top of the outer cylinder (3), and then a closed tank body is formed; an air inlet (6) is formed in the buffer area (5) of the outer cylinder (3), and an air outlet (7) is formed in the center of the top cover (4); multiple layers of filter screens are arranged between the bottom of the air outlet (7) and the upper-section columnar adsorption area (1).
