The pH value is adjusted to 1.5-2.0. An application method comprises the steps that firstly, heavy greasy dirt and floating rust on the iron and steel surface are cleaned away, and a brush coating surface is kept dry; secondly, a paint brush is stained with the conversion solution to brush iron and steel repeatedly for 30-60 s, and bubbles and redundant conversion solutions on the surface are brushed away after the surface is slightly dried; and finally, the iron and steel are placed in a ventilating position and dried naturally in the air.
