Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a service running state evaluation method and device based on a cloud computing environment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring index data of all virtual hosts on a cloud computing platform; classifying the index data belonging to same virtual hosts to obtain index data of subcategories; computing the index data of the subcategories respectively to obtain numerical values of the subcategories after computing; and displaying the numerical values of the subcategories and running states which correspond to the numerical values. In the embodiment of the invention, the index data of all virtual hosts of the cloud computing platform are acquired, classified and analyzed, and major virtual running states are acquired, so that management personnel can get the running states of the virtual hosts rapidly; troubleshooting is facilitated; the troubleshooting time is shortened; the workload in manual checking of a running state of a service system can be lowered; and the operation cost is reduced.
