Abstract

The method for manufacturing the textile waste recycled cotton comprises the following steps: A. removing particles and sundries in textile wastes and putting the textile wastes in a cleaning pool for soaking for 20 to 30 minutes; B. cleaning the textile wastes obtained in step A by using clean water, then putting the textile wastes in a rinsing pool for soaking for 40 to 50 minutes; C. cleaning the textile wastes obtained in step B by using clean water and performing dewatering and drying; D. shredding the dried textile wastes by using a fabric shredding machine, then performing debonding by using a dual-roll opening machine to obtain fluffy flocculent cotton; E. carding the fluffy flocculent cotton by using a scutching machine to obtain recycled cotton.
