A transmission shaft is arranged above the hydraulic rod. The parallel teeth in the hydraulic rod is engaged with a reverse gear arranged on the transmission shaft. Two sides of the reverse gear in the transmission shaft are provided with two inertia flywheels. The transmission shaft is connected to an AC generator through a speed increaser.
