Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line measurement device and measurement method of a grounding resistor. The on-line measurement device comprises an on-site measurement device and a background algorithm processing center. The on-site measurement device comprises a power supply module, a variable-frequency power supply module, a weak signal conditioning module, a data acquisition module, a main control chip, a man-machine interaction module and a ground loop; the variable-frequency power supply module, the data acquisition module, the power supply module and the man-machine interaction module are connected with the main control chip; and the variable-frequency power supply module and the weak signal conditioning module are connected with the data acquisition module. The ground loop comprises a voltage jaw and a current jaw. The background algorithm processing center adopts a hybrid genetic algorithm to perform data processing, and then a grounding resistance value of a measured electrode is obtained. After the structure and the method are adopted, on-line real-time detection can be achieved, and a grounding lead does not need to be disconnected; and a grounding equation set is constructed through the grounding resistance value obtained through measurement, and a calculation of the grounding resistance value is achieved through an application of the hybrid genetic algorithm, so a measurement error is reduced, and the measurement is convenient and accurate.
