Abstract

The invention discloses an estimation method of plant photosynthetic fixed carbon content. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (a) establishing an estimation model: selecting a target plant in a test area, respectively measuring net photosynthetic rate of the target plant at different points-in-time within a reference time quantum, and calculating photosynthetic fixed carbon content of the target plant on unit leaf area within time quantum corresponding to each point-in-time; fitting the time quantum corresponding to each point-in-time and net photosynthetic rate to obtain a fit curve equation 1; fitting net photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic fixed carbon content to obtain a fit curve equation 2, wherein the two equations are the estimation model; and (b) utilizing the estimation model, and calculating the photosynthetic fixed carbon content of the target plant under the same conditions of model building. The method for rapid estimation of carbon dioxide absorbing capacity of the plant is convenient to operate and provides reference function for calculation of carbon balance and research on carbon-nitrogen cycle.
