Problems solved by technology

[0002] In the existing automatic control equipment with PLC as the control core, the monitoring of system status and troubleshooting can only record and observe the system information that maintains the status for a long time after the occurrence, or through online continuous monitoring of the operation of the PLC program. Understand the operating status of the device, it is difficult to directly determine the order and specific reasons for the status or commands to occur when the status is updated quickly or disappears immediately after occurrence

Abstract

Disclosed is a real-time logging method for a PLC-based control device. The method comprises the steps of giving a unique number for each metadata for describing the state of the control device; pressing information number corresponding to the metadata in a current period of a PLC into a stack in a device running process, and reading out and saving the current time of the PLC as a time stamp; after the PLC establishes communication connection with an output device, popping and transmitting the information number in the stack and the corresponding time stamp to the output device; and interpreting, by the output device, the received information number and the corresponding Time stamp to store a log of the control device. The above scheme can be used for recording and saving the state, running process, abnormal condition of the system and a command facilitating the monitoring and analysis of the system operation in real time in the form of a log.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to PLC (programmable logic controller) data processing, and in particular relate to log recording in PLC-based control devices. Background technique [0002] In the existing automatic control equipment with PLC as the control core, the monitoring of system status and troubleshooting can only record and observe the system information that maintains the status for a long time after the occurrence, or through online continuous monitoring of the operation of the PLC program. To understand the operating status of the device, it is difficult to directly determine the order and specific reasons for the status or command to occur for a status that is updated quickly or disappears immediately after occurrence. Contents of the invention [0003] Considering at least one technical problem in the prior art, a real-time logging method in a PLC-based control device is proposed, so that the cause of a failure can be quick...
