The egg bag collecting device comprises attachment devices and a floating frame, the hatching device comprises floating balls, supports and attachment devices, the floating balls are connected to tops of the supports, and the attachment devices and the supports are connected through tail hooks; during egg bag collection, the attachment devices are fixed on the inner wall of the floating frame for culturing parents of Rapana venosa, the attachment devices on the top layer are kept underwater, and the attachment devices with egg bags attached are replaced with new attachment devices with no egg bags attached and then taken out of the floating frame after egg collection; during egg bag hatching, the attachment devices with egg bags attached are hung on the tail hooks of the supports and suspended in a hatching tank for egg bag hatching by the aid of the supports and the floating balls. By means of the devices, the egg bags of the Rapana venosa can be collected conveniently and efficiently and prevented from being damaged due to manual separation of the egg bags, so that the hatching process of the egg bags is finished smoothly.
