Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of machining of an aluminum section bar, in particular to an alkali etching method of the aluminum section bar. The method comprises the steps of wiping off oil dirt at the surface of the aluminum section bar, washing with water for 10 minutes, and then wiping with ethyl alcohol for 5min; placing the aluminum section bar in alkali etching treating fluid with treating temperature of 50 DEG C and treating time of 5min, wherein the alkali etching treating fluid is prepared from 30 parts of sodium hydroxide, 5 parts of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 0.5 part of gastrodin, 5 parts of sodium sulphide, 5 parts of sodium carbonate, 5 parts of sorbitol and 50 parts of water; fishing out and washing with water till a pH value of the washing water recovers to be neutral and then drying. The alkali etching method of the aluminum section bar is relatively simple in operation process, and by reasonably designing a formula of the alkali etching treating fluid and the preparing method, the alkali etching effect and quality of the aluminum section bar are improved.
