The method comprises that: every data centre configures the IP address deployed by the message component of every data centre in a cluster, the message is transmitted in pushing mode; remote configuration strategies are set aiming at different data centers, the data centers or the combination of the data centers needed to be synchronized; bottom transmission adopts HTTP protocols and user-defined serialized deserialized frames; the data are synchronized or updated, recovered and removed basing on the message components, an error retry mechanism is used in the realization process. The invention can realize real time transmission and treatment of the message, realizes synchronous data pushing, recovering and deleting of one point and multi-point, ensures the uniformity of updated and deleted data, ensures cross-region synchronizing reliability and safety of the data.
