The medicine can obviously change the negative symptoms of the schizophrenia and achieve the obvious treatment effect compared with a medicine prepared from the risperidone alone; the cognitive ability of a schizophrenia patient is improved to 30%-40% by using the existing medicine prepared from the risperidone alone; according to the medicine, the fexofenadine hydrochloride and the risperidone are combined together, the synergistic effect is achieved, and the cognitive ability of the schizophrenia patient can be improved to 90%.
