Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only intended to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, rather than limiting it in any way.

[0037] see figure 1 , the process flow of the fluorescence tomography reconstruction method of the present invention is as follows:

[0038] (1) Obtain fluorescence data at limited angles:

[0039] 1a) The excitation light source performs limited-angle transmission tomographic imaging on the reconstruction target fixed on the electric control rotation stage;

[0040] In transmission tomography, the laser and the optical detection instrument are placed on both sides of the imaging target, the laser irradiates the reconstruction target to excite the fluorescent target to emit fluorescence, and the fluorescence penetrating imaging target is detected by the optical detection instrument opposite the lase...

Abstract

The invention discloses a fluorescent molecular tomography imaging reconstruction method based on limited projection of double grids. The method includes the following implementation steps that firstly, measurement data is acquired; secondly, the coarse grid is reconstructed, and a feasible region of a fluorescent target is provided for reconstruction of the refined grid; thirdly, the refined grid is reconstructed under the feasible region, and three-dimensional distribution of the fluorescent target is achieved. The fluorescent molecular tomography imaging reconstruction method is based on the optical transmission theory and a finite element method, optical property parameters, anatomical structures and other prior information are utilized, single-point excitation is adopted, limited angle measurement is adopted, a double-grid strategy is utilized, a reconstructing result of the coarse grid provides the feasible region of the fluorescent target for reconstruction of the refined grid, and therefore morbidity of problems is reduced, a reconstruction result of fluorescent molecular tomography imaging is effectively improved, and the method has important application value in the fields of optical tomography three-dimensional reconstruction algorithms and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of molecular imaging, and further relates to a method for reconstruction of fluorescence molecular tomography based on a dual-grid strategy with limited projection angles in the technical field of optical molecular imaging, which can be used for inverse reconstruction of in vivo fluorescence molecular tomography. Background technique [0002] Fluorescence molecular tomography (hereinafter referred to as FMT) is a new imaging modality developed in recent years. It uses an external light source to excite fluorescent probes (fluorophores, fluorescent dyes, etc.) Qualitative and quantitative research on cellular and molecular levels of biological processes in the living state is widely used in early diagnosis of diseases, efficacy monitoring, new drug development and other fields. [0003] Fluorescence molecular tomography is a reverse problem, which is seriously morbid. Due to the strong scattering characteristics of l...
