The liquid output assembly comprises a liquid inflow pipe, a buffer barrel and a liquid storage barrel which are sequentially connected, wherein the liquid inflow pipe is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. The installation pipes are sequentially arranged on the end face of the second end of the liquid storage barrel at intervals in a surrounding manner and each comprise two supporting pipe bodies and an arc-shaped pipe body. The liquid flow guide assemblies are correspondingly arranged on the installation pipes one to one and each comprise a flow guide pipe body and multiple annular pipe bodies. Each annular pipe body comprises bodies and a connecting pipe body, and the two ends of each connecting pipe body are communicated with the bodies. The LED assembly comprises multiple LED lamps, and each annular pipe body is arranged in the manner of surrounding one LED lamp.
