The microearthquake positioning system comprises a plurality of subsystems. Any subsystem comprises a processing unit and a plurality of acquisition units. The plurality of acquisition units are connected to the processing unit and are distributed around the processing unit. Each acquisition unit is used for collecting microearthquake first arrival time and sending to the processing unit. The processing unit is used for processing microearthquake generation locations acquired from each first arrival time after receiving the first arrival time of each acquisition unit.
