Problems solved by technology

For thousands of years, our country has followed the manual harvesting method, and the harvesting efficiency is low.
At present, the banana harvesting methods in my country are extensive, and the banana harvesting in most areas is mainly manual harvesting. However, the current method of manual harvesting is time-consuming, labor-intensive, labor-intensive, and it is difficult to prevent bananas from being mechanically damaged. Can adapt to the harvesting of small batches and low-grade bananas
Although the use of cableway transportation in foreign countries can solve the problem of banana transportation, there are still no corresponding mature electric cutting and banana harvesting devices, and banana harvesting is still purely manual picking, with low efficiency.
This has greatly restricted the development of the banana industry. Simply relying on manual picking can no longer meet the growing demand for bananas.

Abstract

Provided is a novel banana harvesting trolley. The novel banana harvesting trolley comprises a frame, a cutting mechanism and a grabbing mechanism. The bottom of a knife rest of the cutting mechanism is connected to a connection block connected to a sliding block. The sliding block is installed in a sliding groove which is fixed on a second rotary shaft. Two ends of the second rotary shaft are mounted to the top of the frame via a bearing and a bearing seat. A first rotary shaft is installed at the front end of the knife rest via the bearing. One end of a first rotary shaft is fixed with a knife disc and the other end of the first rotary shaft is connected with an output shaft of a first motor via a first driving mechanism. A handle is fixed at the back end of the knife rest. A ladder and an elevating sliding groove are fixed on a belt wheel base plate in order to form a triangular frame. A line roll of the grabbing mechanism is connected to an output shaft of a second motor via a second driving mechanism. One end of a rope is wound to the line roll and the other end of the rope bypasses a fixed pulley to be fixed on a clamping jaw which is installed into the elevating sliding groove. The novel banana harvesting trolley has following beneficial effects: banana pallets are stably elevated; a knife can be electrically driven to cut banana fruit stalks; and the trolley is convenient to operate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a novel banana harvesting trolley. Background technique [0002] my country has a long tradition of banana planting and a vast breeding area. It is one of the ancient countries that cultivate bananas in the world. At present, most of the banana varieties mainly planted abroad are passed down from China. For thousands of years, my country has followed the manual harvesting method, and the harvesting efficiency is low. It can adapt to the harvesting of small batches and low-grade bananas. Although the use of cableway transportation abroad can solve the problem of bana...
