Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention employs the following steps.

[0017] 1) Break waste polystyrene foam into different particle size diameters.

[0018] 2) Put the broken polystyrene foam into the orange oil for dissolving, wait for 10-15 minutes until the solution is clear and then filter after completely dissolving.

[0019] 3) Add alcohol, polystyrene will form a white jelly precipitate, and filter with suction.

[0020] 4) Add alcohol to the filtered polystyrene for the second precipitation, and then carry out suction filtration.

[0021] 5) Add different volumes of water to the solution filtered twice to extract for 13-15 minutes, and obtain the upper orange oil after the oil and water are separated.

[0022] 6) The mixture of the precipitating agent and the auxiliary agent in the lower layer is subjected to vacuum distillation to obtain the precipitating agent and the auxiliary agent.

[0023] In the step 2) after being completely dissolved, let it stand for 13 minutes unt...

Abstract

The invention relates to a polystyrene recovery method, and relates to the technical field of recovery methods. The invention especially relates to a polystyrene recovery method. The method has the advantages of high recovery rate and no environment pollution. The method comprises the following steps: (1) waste polystyrene foam is crushed into particles with different particle sizes; (2) the crushed polystyrene is dissolved in mandarin oil as polystyrene foam; when polystyrene is completely dissolved, the solution is allowed to stand for 10-15min until the solution is clarified; and filtering is carried out; (3) alcohol is added, such that polystyrene forms white colloidal precipitate; suction filtration is carried out; (4) alcohol is added into filtered polystyrene, and secondary precipitation is carried out; and suction filtration is carried out; (5) different volumes of water is added into the twice-filtered solution, and extraction is carried out for 13-15min; after oil-water separation, upper-layer mandarin oil is obtained; and (6) a lower-layer mixture of precipitating agent and auxiliary agent is subjected to reduced-pressure distillation, such that a precipitating agent and an auxiliary agent are obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of recovery methods, in particular to a recovery method of polystyrene. Background technique [0002] Polystyrene foam (EPS) has the advantages of light weight, sound absorption, shock absorption, easy molding, and low cost. It is one of the most widely used plastics in the world today. EPS is mainly used as home appliances, office machinery cushioning packaging materials, containers and disposable tableware, etc. This kind of one-time use of EPS is a great waste of resources. A review article pointed out that EPS accounts for about half of the world's waste plastics by volume, and the annual discarded amount is as high as more than one million tons. Due to its light weight, large volume, aging resistance and corrosion resistance, waste EPS has also become a major problem in garbage disposal. How to turn harm into benefit, turn waste into wealth, and effectively and rationally recycle waste EPS is extremel...
