Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of a light micro-foamed molded protective barrel product. The production method comprises the following steps of firstly, extrusion and granulation, namely weighing a raw material composition containing an antistatic agent and a wear-resistant agent, transferring the raw material composition to a double-screw extruder to extrude and granulate after mixing; secondly, injection molding, namely drying the granular material produced in the first step, then, molding in a micro-foaming injection machine to form a protective barrel product; and thirdly, flocking, namely carrying out electrostatic flocking on the inner wall of a base of the protective barrel in electrostatic flocking equipment. According to the production method, the selected electrostatic material is used as a raw material, and the wear-resistant agent is added in the formula, so that the wear resistance of the product is improved; the product is molded by using a micro-foaming injection process, so that the aim of reducing the weight is achieved; and finally, the inner wall of the product is additionally provided with an electrostatic flocking layer, so that the effects of wear resistance and buffering are taken, and the aim of comprehensive and safe transportation is achieved.
