The lower half retaining plate is fixed on the upper half retaining plate through a positioning board strip. The edge of the first retaining plate is provided with a through hole in which an infrared sensor and a controller are arranged, wherein the controller is connected with the infrared sensor and is arranged outside the first retaining plate.
