Problems solved by technology

The current stent does not have anti-reflux function, food and liquid in the gastric cavity can easily enter the gallbladder to induce cholecystitis, cystic duct obstruction and common bile duct obstruction, and the food residue in the gallbladder must be cleaned before stone removal, which greatly increases the operation time and difficulty

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments.

[0026] Such as figure 1 As shown, an anti-reflux membrane omastrobiliary anastomosis stent includes: a stent body 2 with an expanded structure at both ends and a closed valve 5, one end of the stent body 2 has a gastric expansion end 4 extending to the stomach, and the stent The other end of the body 2 has a gallbladder expansion end 1 extending to the gallbladder, and the tail of the closed valve 5 is connected with the stomach expansion end 4 .

[0027] The stent body 2 is a cylindrical mesh structure.

[0028] Both the expansion end 4 of the stomach and the expansion end 1 of the gallbladder are expansion structures extending outward along the radial direction of the stent body 2 with a ring-shaped flange.

[0029] The tail portion of the closed valve 5 is glued to the expanding end 4 of the stomach.

[0030] The surface of the stent body 2 is covered with a m...

Abstract

The invention provides a backflow-preventing valve gastric-biliary anastomosis stent. The anastomosis stent comprises a stent body whose two ends are of expansion structures, and a closed valve. One end of the stent body is provided with a gastric expansion end extending to the stomach, the other end of the stent body is provided with a biliary expansion end extending to the gallbladder, and the tail end of the closed valve is connected with the gastric expansion end. The stent body is of a cylindrical network structure. The surface of the stent body is covered by a membrane body. The diameter of the head portion of the closed valve is smaller than the diameter of the tail portion of the closed valve. The two ends of the stent body are of the expansion structures, and the biliary expansion end and the gastric expansion end can enable anastomosis between a gallbladder wall and a stomach wall to be stable and reliable. The valve structure can effectively prevent objects in the stomach from flowing to the gallbladder. The backflow-preventing valve gastric-biliary anastomosis stent can provide effective assistance for treatment of patients with gallstones and gallbladder polyps, prevents gallbladders of the patients from resection, can simplify the stone removal process and reduces pain of the patient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to an anti-reflux membrane omastrobiliary anastomosis bracket. Background technique [0002] Gallbladder stone is a common clinical disease, surgery is the main treatment, and this treatment has a history of 300 years. One of the most successful advances is laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which reduces the trauma and risk of open surgery, so it has become the standard treatment for gallstones and gallbladder polyps in recent years. Long-term follow-up studies have found that cholecystectomy increases the risk of some diseases, such as loss of appetite, recurrence of choledocholithiasis and colon cancer. In addition, there were some more serious surgery-related complications, such as bleeding, bile duct injury, bile fistula, and intra-abdominal infection. For gallbladder-preserving stone removal, there is a traditional laparotomy, in which the gallbladder is incised to take out the stones and then...
