According to the system, due to the fact that the filter pipe is arranged in the support pipe of the spiral feeder, after soybeans and soybean soaking water enter the filter pipe through a feeding pipe, soybean soaking water flows into the support pipe through filter holes in the filter pipe and flows out through a water outlet pipe on the support pipe, and soybeans are discharged out of the filter pipe through the spiral feeding shaft to achieve soybean-water separation. By the adoption of the soybean conveyer, soybean transportation function and water-soybean separation function are integrated, and the soybean transporting device can be simplified greatly; furthermore, material level is detected through the material level sensor arranged on the bin body; besides, the conveying speed of the spiral feeder is controlled through a controller, so that the situation that the transfer bin is full to cause leakage is avoided.
