The system comprises a servo motor, a bidirectional quantitative gear pump and an oil tank, wherein the bidirectional quantitative gear pump is fixedly arranged in the oil tank and driven by the servo motor to rotate. The system further comprises two hydraulic cylinders, and adjusting oil cylinders which are correspondingly connected with the two hydraulic cylinders and used for adjusting the angles of the stationary blades; the bidirectional quantitative gear pump correspondingly communicates with the two hydraulic cylinders through two oil channels and supplies pressure oil to the two hydraulic cylinders; the hydraulic cylinders can drive the adjusting oil cylinders to adjust the angles of the stationary blades. The system provides position close-loop control and pressure close-loop control, so that the rotating speed of the servo motor and the position and pressure of a hydraulic system can be accurately controlled to meet various working requirements of the stationary blade adjusting system; the system can accurately adjust the angles of the stationary blades and has the advantages of saving energy, being environmentally friendly, and insensitive to oil pollution, and greatly reducing the capacity of a hydraulic device.
