Problems solved by technology

However, when collecting ultra-high frequency electromagnetic wave signals and determining the time of signal collection, the energy accumulation function method and its smoothing process cannot well avoid various noise signals on the scene, resulting in misjudgment of signal collection time; When the iterative method solves the nonlinear equation system whose partial discharge source coordinates are unknown, the calculation speed is slow, and the solution accuracy of the iterative method has a strong dependence on the initial value

Abstract

A method suitable for positioning a transformer substation electrical apparatus partial discharge space belongs to the high-voltage insulation measuring technology and application field. The aim of the invention is to adopt a method suitable for positioning a transformer substation electrical apparatus partial discharge space to process signals of ultra-high frequency electromagnetic wave with improved energy accumulation function so as to avoid calculation deviation due to iterative algorithm depending on initial values. The method of the invention comprises steps: after collecting the ultra-high frequency electromagnetic wave signals, using the improved energy accumulation function to process the signals; drawing a curve line of the improved energy accumulation function based on the improved energy accumulation function; confirming the signal collecting moment of sensors; using four sensors to receive UHF signals of partial discharge radiation and simultaneously record at the starting time; acquiring an equation based on coordinates of a partial discharge source and coordinates of the sensors; acquiring two independent linear equations of the partial discharge coordinates related to unknown numbers; and acquiring two groups of results. In these two groups of results, only one result meets the no-linear equations; and the values are the coordinates of the partial discharge source. By adopting the method provided herein, the calculation deviation due to iterative algorithm depending on the initial values is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of high voltage insulation measurement technology and application. Background technique [0002] Defects in the insulation of power equipment may induce accidents under many external influences such as short circuits, lightning strikes, or switching transient operations. Therefore, it is particularly important to continuously evaluate and diagnose the state of the insulation system of the equipment, which not only contributes to the continuous risk assessment of the system, but also facilitates the early detection of insulation faults. [0003] Partial discharge monitoring technology is a non-destructive and highly sensitive diagnostic method for evaluating the state of the insulation system. It is an effective means to detect insulation defects in power equipment in time and avoid insulation breakdown failures. The location of the partial discharge source helps to formulate a more targeted maintenance treatment plan...
